Teachers Talking to Teachers
Time is such an important resource for teachers, but too often there's just not enough of it. That being said, the Manitoba Social Sciences Teachers' Association (MSSTA), in partnership with Spur Change and MCIC are happy to offer teachers an opportunity to take some time - time to get out of the classroom to met with your colleagues from other schools across the Winnipeg region and talk about how we are engaging our students and our schools in global citizenship, the people and the planet.

Location: The Manitoba Teachers' Society - McMaster House, 191 Harcourt St., Winnipeg
Format:
1:00-1:30pm - Guest Speaker: Dr. Marc Kuly
1:30-2:30pm - Small group sharing/learning
2:30-3:30pm -Big group sharing/learning
Cost: Free
Spur Change will cover the cost of a half-day of release time for up to 30 teachers to attend this special event. You will also be able to claim your mileage to get to McMaster House.
MSSTA and MTS will be proving snacks and refreshments.
