Why become a Fair Trade Workplace?

You work hard so you can understand wanting to be paid fairly for the work you do. As a Fair Trade Workplace, you can be confident that you're supporting fair prices, decent working conditions and sustainable farming practices. Becoming a designated Fair Trade Workplace shows solidarity with farmers and workers in the Global South through each cup of fair trade coffee and tea.
