This session will explore how organizations can create more inclusive, equitable, and just engagement and global citizenship education practices by actively addressing racial inequalities. 

Participants will learn how to recognize and confront both overt and subtle forms of racism, fostering environments where diverse groups, especially those historically marginalized, can participate meaningfully in global citizenship education and public engagement initiatives and activities.
