Learning Series: Session 4 - Rethinking engagement during evolving political times
Join the Inter-Council Network (ICN)’s Learning Series!
This session explores how public engagement and global citizenship education strategies must adapt in response to shifting political landscapes, both locally and globally. In times of political uncertainty or change, traditional methods of engagement may no longer be effective or inclusive.
This theme examines how organizations can rethink their global citizenship education and engagement models by adopting decolonial, anti-racist, and feminist frameworks to remain responsive, resilient, and accountable. It emphasizes the importance of staying flexible, inclusive, and aligned with social justice values during periods of political flux.
