RBM 201: Strengthen your capacities in Results-Based Management!

The Manitoba Council for International Cooperation (MCIC), Saskatchewan Council for International Cooperation, and Alberta Council for Global Cooperation, in partnership with the Spur Change Program, are excited to host a 3-day in-person training in Winnipeg. This workshop gives nonprofits, charities, social enterprises, and other small and medium organizations (SMOs) the chance to strengthen their skills in Results-Based Management (RBM).
You’ll take part in a practical, interactive learning experience that uses a case study to explore RBM tools such as theory of change, situational analysis, logic models, and PMFs. With gender equality and the SDGs at the core, the training will help you plan, monitor, and evaluate projects with confidence.
Mark your calendar: November 4-6, 2025, 9:00am-5:00pm at Creative Manitoba, 245 McDermot Ave, Winnipeg.
